Oklahoma Minimum Wage Law:

  • Employers must follow Oklahoma minimum wage law as long as they employ at least 10 full time workers and/or make more than $100,000 every year.
  • The minimum wage in Oklahoma is $7.25 per hour.
  • The current Oklahoma minimum wage took effect on July 24, 2009.

Oklahoma Overtime Law:

  • Oklahoma does not have state laws regarding overtime.
  • If a company must comply with the federal overtime law (The Fair Labor Standards Act), non-exempt employees should receive one-and-a-half times their regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a single workweek.
